On the contrary, all it’s likely to do is \u003cem\u003eadd\u003c\/em\u003e to your suffering, and divert your attention away from fixing- or making the best of the circumstances you’re faced with.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eConsequently, practicing radical acceptance is a more fruitful alternative.
