Mental Health Is Invisible

Mental Health Is Invisible Mental Health Is Invisible

Like we posted on Instagram a little while ago, mental health is invisible. You can:

Fake a smile when you're depressed (or even when you're feeling suicidal) ...

Get a lot of attention / DMs / "likes" on social media and feel unlovable ...

Work hard and uphold all of your responsibilities and then collapse in a heap when you get home ...

Look confident and have anxiety ...

Look like you have everything and feel like you have nothing ...

Be surrounded by friends and feel completely alone ...

Text "I'm OK" when you're crying your eyes out.

Like we said, our friend, mental health really is invisible, since what you see isn’t always what another person is experiencing.

And, for this reason, it's really important to check in on your loved ones <3

All our love,

The Depression Project Team.
