Refund Policy For Our Books & Journals

• Each of our PDF books and journals come with a 60 Day, 100% Moneyback Guarantee from the date of purchase. To receive a refund, simply contact us within the above timeframe and we will process it for you. Unfortunately, due to the printing and shipping costs associated with our paperback books and journals, they are non-refundable.

Refund Policy For Our Cards

• When your order one or more of our cards, they are printed especially for you by one of our trusted print partners before being sent to you. For this reason, it is not possible to receive a refund for a card you have purchased and then later changed your mind about. It is also not possible to return or exchange this card, either.
• In the unlikely event that a card you purchase gets lost in the mail or arrives to you damaged, please reach out to us and we will arrange for a replacement to be immediately sent to you free of charge.
• If you purchase one or more of our books or journals along with one or more of our cards, then the book(s) and/or journal(s) part of your order can still be refunded within 60 days (as per our refund policy for our books & journals). In this case, the amount eligible to be refunded will be the total amount of your order, minus $6.95 per card purchased (i.e. the price of each card).
