Every single day, members of our community tell us the negative thoughts they struggle with - many of which you can likely relate to if you have depression. And so, to help you and other people overcome the most common ones, we've created this journal series using leading, evidence-based principles from cognitive behavioural therapy (including specialised forms of cognitive behavioural therapy such as dialectical behaviour therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy).
