Worrying Thoughts Journals
Every single day, members of our community tell us the worrying thoughts they struggle with - many of which you can likely relate to if you have depression, anxiety, and/or another mental health issue. And so, to help you and other people gain control over the most common ones, we're creating this journal series using leading, evidence-based principles from cognitive behavioural therapy (including specialised forms of cognitive behavioural therapy such as dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and exposure therapy).
