Part 1

The Foundation Of Your Negative Core Beliefs

No-one is born with negative core beliefs. Rather, they are a product of one or more difficult, painful experiences - often dating as far back as your childhood. For this reason, the first step in overcoming your negative core beliefs is to pin-point exactly what events and circumstances in your life they originate from. So, in the first part of this workshop, that's exactly what we're going to do together.

Part 2

Uprooting The Foundation Your Negative Core Beliefs Are Grounded In

Now that you'll know exactly which events or experiences your negative core beliefs originate from, I'm next going to do some powerful exercises with you to help you remove any attribution errors, challenge any false assumptions, break through any cognitive biases, and ultimately re-frame the way you perceive those events or experiences - so that you can view them in a much more positive, accurate way, and thereby let go of the negative core beliefs you have attached to them.

I've been through this exact process with countless people in one-on-one therapy, and it's worked so effectively that it's led to some people overcoming negative core beliefs they'd had about themselves for over 40 years!

Laying The Foundation For New Positive Core Beliefs
